** As Senior Marketing Executive, you'll lead integrated marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of shows. You will create creative strategies and data-driven approaches that will be instrumental in driving ticket sales and enhancing fan engagement. You'll analyse customer data to shape marketing decisions, manage budgets, and develop engaging content that resonates with fans. In our collaborative and dynamic team environment, you'll work alongside passionate professionals, contributing your innovative ideas and commitment to excellence to help elevate our marketing initiatives and drive ticket sales.

*** Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the live entertainment, music, or events industry.
* Strong understanding of audience segmentation, marketing channels, and campaign optimisation.
* Experience managing budgets and maximising ROI through effective spend allocation.
* Ability to track and analyse key performance metrics to optimise campaigns and deliver actionable insights.
* Experience with website management, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
* Experience collaborating with internal design teams, agencies, and freelancers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
* Up-to-date knowledge of emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* A passion for all things marketing and a strong desire to learn, create, contribute, and innovate.
* Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
* Excellent copywriting, proof reading and interpersonal skills.
* The drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive, and flexible.
