My client is embarking on an exciting growth journey and is looking to bring their marketing activities in-house for the first time. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the company's marketing strategy, elevate brand awareness, and drive commercial growth through engaging digital content and social media campaigns.
As the Marketing & Social Media Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's online presence, developing creative marketing initiatives, and creating content that generates engagement, leads, and business opportunities.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and seeing the direct impact of their work on business success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Pinterest)
- Create Engaging photo and video content
- Plan and schedule social media posts
- Work with ChatGPT to create blogs, adverts, emails and marketing campaigns
- Keep the website updated with new products and projects
- Collect customer reviews and testimonials
- Run Meta and Google advertising campaigns
- Track marketing performance and report results
- Respond quickly to online enquiries
- Organise and attend customer events
- Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or social media-focused role
- Experience managing business social media accounts and growing online engagement
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics
- Creative thinking with a strong commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives
