• Support the delivery of marketing and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate corporate events, sponsor ships and networking activities.
• Manage invitations, registrations, attendee communications and event logistics.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, social media content and website updates.
• Maintain marketing collateral, presentations and branded materials.
• Update and manage CRM data, reporting and target lists.
• Support budgeting, supplier management and day-to-day team administration.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality client-facing activities.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence using systems, databases and reporting tools.
• A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in marketing, events, administration, communications or business development would be advantageous.
• Entitled or already holding the necessary right to live and work in the Channel Islands.
