Fractional Chief Marketing Officer - FinTech

We are hiring for one of NIAN Capital's ventures: a well-funded fintech building a UK digital account for underserved segments, letting people protect their savings and move money across borders without the barriers of traditional banking. The company is launching in selected countries across the Middle East, Latin America and the UK/EU. The post-holder will own the growth strategy and marketing performance, working with the CEO and leading a hands-on Growth & Marketing Manager.

• Define target segments, positioning, market sequencing and channel strategy for each launch market
• Own budget allocation across markets and channels; secure ratification and reallocate on performance
• Set KPIs and targets for cost per funded customer, activation, repeat use and customer profitability
• Hire, coach and direct the Growth & Marketing Manager; select and oversee agencies and local specialists
• Open strategic partnerships and distribution channels at senior level in each market
• Own financial-promotions governance with compliance and the programme partner; report monthly to directors

• 12+ years' growth or marketing experience, 5+ as CMO, VP or Head of Growth in fintech or payments
• Track record of scaling acquisition from launch at an early-stage company, across multiple markets
• Deep experience marketing regulated financial products, with full budget and team ownership
• Strategic fluency in AI-enabled and agentic marketing to run a lean function

• Operating experience in Latin America, the GCC or Turkey, ideally with diaspora segments.
• Existing network of partners, creators and communities in the target markets.

• Proven operator who has done this before and sets a credible strategy within weeks.
• Leads effectively through a lean team and a fractional time commitment.
• Commercial and disciplined; a board-ready communicator.
