Income Generation Lead

Toonspeak is recruiting an innovative Income Generation Lead to maintain and develop the diverse range of income streams required to support the work we deliver for young people aged 0-25 in Glasgow.

We are seeking seeking an experienced fundraiser, manager and creative thinker to start with the charity in October 2026. As a youth lead organisation providing free to access performing arts opportunities for young people aged 0-25 in Glasgow, maintaining a diverse range of income streams is vital in sustaining the company, and the pioneering projects and programmes Toonspeak delivers for young people.

The Income Generation Lead is part of the Senior Management Team for the charity, and is responsible for developing funding applications and reports, running innovative funding campaigns, managing individual giving campaigns and nurturing relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Salary: £38,000 FTE per annum

Hours:

35 hours per week. Flexible work options are available for this post and a hybrid working model is in place.

Location:

Barmulloch, Glasgow, with flexible work options being available for this post and a hybrid working model in place.
