Practice Nurse

We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our friendly team and work up to 25 hours per week – ideally an experienced Practice Nurse, but we would welcome applications from colleagues new to Practice Nursing.
Working hours and salary negotiable depending on experience and for the right person – school hours possible!

Comrie is situated in beautiful west Perthshire and offers an enviable lifestyle. The Great Outdoors is on our doorstep with lochs, rivers, Munros and mountain bike trails all within easy reach. It really is a wonderful, inclusive village to live and work in – for those with children there is a Primary School in Comrie and Secondary Schools in Crieff. If you decide you need a break from tranquility and you want some urban culture then Glasgow and Edinburgh are within easy reach.

Our wonderful team currently consists of 2 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, Practice Manager, Office Manager, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 4 Administrators and a Community Pharmacist with supporting Technicians.

District Nurses

• A Registered Nurse with current NMC Registration, Band 5 or above
• Enthusiastic about rural general practice
• Committed to providing excellent patient-centred care
• Experienced in Chronic Disease Management and Cervical screening
• Experience in Spirometry would be an advantage
