Night Registered Nurse

Position

Registered Nurse RGN or RMN – Contracted at £20.90 per hour with part‑time hours per week.

Benefits include paid PVG, pension, uniform, 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full‑time contract), ongoing training, clinical updates, and funded development, with a clear pathway into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles.

As a Registered Nurse you will deliver high‑quality, clinically led care, maintaining safe, effective and person‑centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.

You will work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, using your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to a well‑organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical judgement and decision‑making skills
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
