We are currently recruiting for a Scrub Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join a well‑established private hospital in Glasgow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a skilled theatre team, supporting a wide range of surgical procedures in a modern and well‑equipped environment.

You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of patient care and ensuring the smooth running of theatre lists.

• Prepare operating theatres for a range of surgical procedures
• Work as a scrub practitioner across various specialities
• Assist surgeons and the wider theatre team during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure infection control standards are met
• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are correctly handled and accounted for
• Deliver safe, high‑quality patient care throughout the perioperative pathway

• NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered ODP
• Previous experience working in a scrub role
• Exposure to a range of surgical specialities (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and theatre practice
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
