You need to have a live NMC UK pin in order to be considered for this post.
Duration, Location, and Working Pattern- Full-time, permanent
- You will be based at The Glasgow Royal Infirmary
- Work Pattern:
Rotational between Monday and Sunday
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised programmes of care for patients
- Deliver safe, effective and evidence-based nursing care within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with professional and organisational standards
- Support patients, families and carers by providing information, reassurance and compassionate care
- Contribute to the supervision and support of learners and junior members of staff
- Participate in clinical audit, quality improvement and professional development activities
- Ensure the safe and effective use of clinical equipment, supplies and ward resources
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Ability to deliver high-quality patient care within a busy clinical environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families and colleagues
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and use initiative appropriately
- Understanding of evidence-based practice and commitment to delivering person-centred care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
