NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is recruiting an experienced registered nurse to join the Out of Hours overnight service as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse. Working within the Primary Health Care Team, you will assess and deliver agreed care plans to individuals in the community under the District Nurse’s direction.
The role is permanent, part-time (31.5 hours/week) with a shift pattern 21:30-07:00, 7 nights from 14. Base location is Mile End Centre.
