Find Medical is currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse to join a leading private surgical hospital in Glasgow on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse seeking a role within a modern, patient-focused private healthcare environment. The successful candidate will work across either inpatient or outpatient services, delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing a range of elective surgical procedures.

The hospital specialises in a variety of surgical services, including orthopaedics, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, and other elective procedures, providing exposure to a diverse and rewarding patient caseload.

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of clinical care, ensuring patients receive a safe, positive, and professional experience throughout their treatment journey.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Undertake patient assessments and ongoing clinical observations.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies.
• Support patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing teams, and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Promote patient safety and ensure compliance with clinical governance standards.
• Contribute to maintaining an exceptional patient experience.

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience within an acute hospital environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

• Surgical nursing experience.
• Experience with in a private healthcare setting.
• Exposure to orthopaedic, cosmetic, plastic surgery, or other elective surgical pathways.
• Experience working within inpatient or outpatient services.

• Up to £41,000 pro rata for the 6-month contract.
• Full-time position working 38 hours per week.
