** Domestic Supervisor

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead and inspire our Domestic Staff daily, ensuring all shifts are covered.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming environment while respecting our residents’ lifestyles.
* Engage residents in their living spaces, allowing them to personalize their areas.
* Oversee and allocate tasks to ensure efficient cleaning routines, both scheduled and on-the-spot.
* Manage cleaning supplies, adhering to budgets and COSHH regulations.
* Assist with the storage and care of residents’ clothing.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and fire regulations.
* Uphold confidentiality at all times regarding resident and staff information.

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Strong communication skills and a sympathetic understanding of the needs of older adults.
* Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
* Flexibility and independence in your work approach.
* ** Previous experience supervising domestic staff in a residential setting is a plus!
