5) to join the Inpatient Unit, providing specialist palliative care with compassionate support for patients and families. The role offers ad hoc shift patterns within a 24/7 service and a multidisciplinary team environment.
You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients with complex palliative needs, supporting admissions/discharges and contributing to governance and quality improvement.
