Veterinary Surgeon in Scotland
Up to £65,000 | 30+ Hours | Experienced Team

GVC are assisting a well-established small animal clinic in Scotland with the recruitment of an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and highly supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a vet with 4+ years' UK small animal experience who is looking to work alongside an experienced team, develop clinically, and enjoy an excellent work-life balance.

The Role
  • Full or part-time considered (30+ hours per week)
  • Salary up to £65,000 DOE (FTE)
  • 1.5 weekends in 8 (full-time) or up to 1 in 10 (part-time)
  • No out-of-hours
  • Consult-only role can be considered
  • Join a collaborative team of 11 experienced veterinary surgeons
  • Strong support for certificates and continued professional development
About the Practice

This growing, award-winning practice has built an outstanding reputation for both client care and staff wellbeing. Staff turnover is exceptionally low, creating a stable, welcoming environment where collaboration and mentoring are at the heart of the practice.

You'll be joining an experienced clinical team, with vets ranging from 3 to 18 years qualified. Several team members are currently studying towards certificates in areas including Internal Medicine and Exotics
, and the practice actively encourages career progression at every stage.
