Health & Safety Advisor; Manufacturing

Health & Safety Advisor (Manufacturing) £30,000 - £35,000  Monday to Friday  Days Based  Site Based Howden, East Yorkshire Are you a Health & Safety Advisor or similar looking for a stable, full-time, site-based role within a manufacturing environment? This is an opportunity to join an established third-generation family food production business, supporting the site's Health & Safety function. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance, completing inspections and audits, supporting investigations, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed across the site.

You will work closely with managers and operational teams to monitor standards, maintain documentation, deliver training, and support ongoing health and safety requirements. This role would suit a NEBOSH-qualified Health & Safety Advisor or similar with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments looking for a long-term position.

The Role:

Supporting and maintaining the site's Health & Safety function Carrying out audits, inspections, and risk assessments Investigating incidents and assisting with corrective and preventative actions Delivering training, inductions, and toolbox talks while maintaining compliance records, KPIs, and safety documentation Monday - Friday, 40-hour week

The Person :
Health & Safety Advisor or similar - UK experience NEBOSH qualified Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments Commutable to Howden Reference: BBBH
