Arcus FM Limited seeks a proactive Site Inspector to cover the Midlands down to the South West, supporting a leading national client. You will own an extensive inspection programme across thousands of sites, improving standards, compliance, and the tenant experience.
Responsibilities include surveys, data capture, and energy usage reviews to ensure compliance. You’ll coordinate with tenants for visits and logging data accurately, with opportunity for progression within a nationwide FM provider.
