Hartford Care is seeking an experienced Compliance Audit Lead to strengthen governance across our portfolio of care homes. You will design and maintain an audit schedule, apply CQC Key Questions, and produce clear, evidence-based reports for management.
You will coach Home Managers, track actions to completion, and support external inspections (CQC, Fire, Food Safety), while leading any audit team members to ensure high standards of quality and safety across the network.
