Overview
Property & Inventory Coordinator - 12 Month FTC duct apartment move in condition inventories, inspections and move out inventories at our luxury community, Solasta Riverside in Glasgow.
Base pay range:
We are looking for a Property and Inventory Coordinator - 12 Month FTC to perform property condition inspections, take photos, and prepare inspection reports for residents. You will liaise with residents, return deposits and conduct move-outs as required, with a focus on strong customer service.

What will you do?
- Prepare property condition reports before residents move in (via an app and tablet).
- Carry out inspections while taking clear photographs within the properties.
- Book in and complete periodic mid-term property inspections to ensure ongoing maintenance.
- Complete all reports and paperwork needed, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met.
- Arrange check-out appointments, liaising with residents regarding any deductions (where required).
- Release deposits and raise any work orders needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and third-party contractors to arrange repairs.
- Report maintenance issues identified to the relevant property manager.
- Prepare handover packs and resident guides.
- Organise pre-tenancy 'sparkle' cleans and EPC, furniture installation and removal as required.
- Ensure all administration workload is fully compliant and deadlines are met.
- Support residents with questions and support wider teams, including Front of House / Reception.
- Participate in resident and community events as needed.
What are we looking for?
- High level of organization with admin and diary management experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Experience using Apple/Samsung tablets and/or mobile phones.
- ARLA Qualified (level 2 or working towards).
- Previous experience in the property industry (desirable).
