Associate/Senior Associate (4+ PQE) – Real Estate

A leading Real Estate team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to work on high‑value investment and development transactions across sectors including offices, industrial, retail and the Living Sector. You'll support major Scottish and cross‑border projects while managing your own transactions for UK and international clients.

• Act on acquisitions and disposals for investors, funds and institutions
• Handle asset management work, including lettings and lease amendments
• Advise on retail, shopping centre and large commercial property deals
• Support corporate transactions on the Scottish real estate elements
• Act for lenders on high‑value financings
• Work on student accommodation projects across Scotland
• Collaborate with English and US firms on cross‑border portfolios

• 4+ PQE in Scottish real estate
• Background in title review, leases and negotiating sale/purchase contracts
• Experience across office, industrial and retail leasing
• Exposure to larger or multi‑party transactions

• Commercial, pragmatic approach to matters
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear and confident communicator
• Effective at managing deadlines and varying workloads
• Client‑focused with interest in business development
• Collaborative team member who can support junior colleagues
