Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to support the operational and financial management of a diverse, multi-asset commercial property portfolio.

This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure to tenants, owners, and external consultants. It is ideally suited to a proactive commercial property professional who enjoys managing day-to-day operations while contributing to the smooth performance of a high-quality portfolio.

• Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
• Lease administration, including renewals and rent reviews
• Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and RICS-compliant service charges
• Management of contractors and external suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and risk requirements
• Building and maintaining strong tenant relationships
• Conducting property inspections and supporting billing processes

• Proven experience in commercial property management
• Strong understanding of commercial leases and service charge management
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident when dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage diaries, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
• Experience using TRAMPS property management software is preferred

Hours are Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday.

The starting salary quoted is negotiable depending upon relevant experience.
