Location: Scotland (Hybrid / Local Market Focus)

Contract: Self-Employed

Earnings: Commission-based (50%–98%, depending on experience & production)

• Winning and conducting property valuations
• Listing and marketing residential property
• Managing buyer enquiries, viewings, and negotiations
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Building and nurturing your own client database
• Generating business through referrals, social media, and local presence
• Running your diary, pipeline, and income like a business owner

• Experience in estate agency or a strong desire to build a career in property
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Professional, organised, and client-focused
• Willingness to learn, grow, and follow proven models
• Strong communication skills and local market knowledge

Full training is provided — attitude matters as much as experience.
