This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Valuer, based in Glasgow. The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting property appraisals, preparing valuation reports, and providing accurate and professional guidance to clients regarding property sales. Day-to-day tasks include assessing property conditions, analyzing market trends, liaising with estate agents, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation methodologies
• Experience as an Estate Agent, with knowledge of property markets and transactions
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in local property market trends and pricing strategies
• Relevant professional qualification or certification in Real Estate or Property Appraisal is preferred
