Your new role

You will join a well-established Rating team, advising a diverse range of commercial clients on business rates, liabilities, appeals and valuation matters. Working across a varied property portfolio, you will play a key role in helping clients minimise costs and maximise value.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing business rates appeals and negotiations.

Reviewing rating assessments and identifying appeal opportunities.

Conducting property inspections and valuation analysis.

Preparing reports and providing strategic advice to clients.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Supporting wider professional services and valuation work where required.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree qualified in Real Estate, Surveying, Property or a related discipline.

Previous experience in rating, valuation, general practice or another commercial property discipline is advantageous.

MRICS qualified, APC enrolled, or looking to pursue chartership.

Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.

A proactive approach and genuine interest in building a career within rating consultancy.

Full UK driving licence preferred.
