Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Horsforth. This full-time, permanent role involves coordinating repairs on rental properties and communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors.
You will assess issues, decide if a contractor is needed, and keep all parties informed. We offer a competitive salary (£26,000–£28,000) plus annual bonus and a supportive training structure.
