Property Manager

Glasgow City Centre | £33,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established property business based in Glasgow City Centre.

This is a varied role suited to someone with strong residential property management experience who is confident managing the full tenancy lifecycle, from move-in through to move-out.

The Role

• Managing properties throughout the full move-in and move-out process
• Preparing and managing leases and tenancy documentation
• Handling tenant and landlord queries and maintaining strong relationships
• Managing property compliance and ensuring relevant requirements are met
• Coordinating inspections, maintenance and contractors where required
• Processing and handling tenant references
• Managing complaints and resolving issues professionally
• Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
• Supporting the wider team with occasional property sales activity, although this will not be a major part of the role
• Occasional property visits will be required, so access to your own car is essential; however, regular travel/visits will not be expected

About You

• Previous experience in a residential Property Management/Lettings role
• Strong understanding of the full tenancy lifecycle
• Experience dealing with leases, compliance and tenancy administration
• Confident handling tenant and landlord relationships
• Comfortable dealing with complaints and resolving issues
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple properties effectively
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary: £33,000 per annum
