This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a specialist team, working alongside industry experts on real projects from day one. You'll develop valuable technical and commercial skills, build your professional network, and work towards achieving RICS chartership.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Surveyor, you will:

• Support client instructions and project delivery across multiple property sectors
• Conduct property inspections and site visits
• Undertake market research and analysis
• Assist with valuation reports, lease advisory work and consultancy projects
• Prepare presentation materials and client reports
• Build financial and property performance models
• Engage with clients, landlords, investors and occupiers
• Contribute to business development activities and market intelligence
• Maintain accurate records and professional documentation
• Work towards achieving your APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Due to graduate in 2027, or have recently graduated
• Studying a RICS‑accredited degree (or equivalent relevant degree)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commercial awareness and interest in the property market
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn
• Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one

Desirable

• Previous work experience, placement year or internship
• Involvement in university societies, sports teams or leadership activities
• Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market
