Stochasense is a UK-based, research‑led technology initiative exploring predictive, safety‑focused augmented reality systems to support neuro‑inclusive learning environments. Our work focuses on understanding sensory challenges in educational settings and designing evidence‑based, ethically grounded solutions shaped by real classroom needs.
This is a voluntary, unpaid research collaboration. It is not an employment role and involves no financial compensation.
Role DescriptionThis is an advisory and research collaboration role based in Glasgow (with flexibility). Collaborators will contribute to early‑stage research exploring sensory overload, environmental triggers, and recovery patterns in learning environments.
Activities- Contributing insights to survey design and interpretation
- Participating in discussions around predictive modelling and safety‑first AR design
- Supporting ethical, privacy‑aware research approaches
- Engaging with educators and inclusion‑focused stakeholders (where appropriate)
- Educators, SEN professionals, researchers, or inclusion specialists
- Individuals interested in neurodiversity and ethical technology
- Those willing to contribute insights without obligation or time pressure
- Influence early‑stage inclusive technology research
- Be acknowledged (with consent) in research outputs
- Contribute to evidence‑based innovation in education
