Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Science seeks to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Associate with experience in antibody analysis in an interdisciplinary team of chemists, biologists, and formulation scientists as part of a BBSRC Prosperity Partnership award researching the development of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates. We are looking for an individual committed to interdisciplinary research with a team player mindset.

Required qualifications include a science-based education at PhD level or commensurate, with an experience or related degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Chemistry or an equivalent qualification. Applicants must have considerable technical experience supporting a range of laboratory procedures, including bioproduction and conjugation of antibodies, cell culture, and the use of analytical equipment to study conjugate biophysical properties.

The role involves working closely with industry collaborators from Glaxo Smith Kline  and engaging with the wider UK academic landscape and industrial partners.
