Research Associate, Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Research Scientist

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and has funding available until 30th September 2027 in the first instance.

The School of Physics & Astronomy is looking for a Research Associate to make a leading contribution to the project "BSM Phenomenology Beyond Boundaries" within the Particle Physics Theory Group in the School of Physics & Astronomy, University of Glasgow. The postholder will undertake research in theoretical particle physics, contributing to one or more areas including lattice QCD, flavour phenomenology, effective field theory, collider phenomenology, machine learning applications in particle physics, and beyond-the-Standard-Model physics.

The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project area as opportunities allow.
