Applications are invited for the remote online Junior Research Fellowship. (For candidates currently enrolled in Bachelors / Masters / Doctoral programs in any discipline/subject)

This is designed for students graduates early-career researchers and professionals interested in policy research human rights governance international relations law public policy and related fields.

Selected candidates will work under structured guidance and supervision to develop research analytical writing and policy drafting skills which involves literature review policy analysis preparation of research notes and drafting of a supervised research paper policy brief or analytical report.

Program Overview Learn and apply our structured methodology for drafting a research paper in one of the approved researchable areas. No prior research paper writing experience is required. Candidates will receive comprehensive mentorship and continuous guidance throughout the fellowship tenure. Being recognized as a Certified Junior Research Fellow is a notable academic achievement and a valuable enhancement to your CV helping you stand out before employers universities and scholarship committees by offering a distinct competitive edge.

Candidates will select one researchable area for conducting their research.

Eligibility Criteria / Who Can Apply: Open to candidates who are currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelors Masters or Doctoral program from any recognized university. Applicants from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply including but not limited to Law Human Rights International Relations Management Political Science Social Sciences Engineering Medicine Business and related fields. Working and non-working professionals from all sectors are welcome.

This includes lecturers professors advocates medical professionals journalists engineers managers environmental scientists government officials social activists political practitioners and professionals from any relevant field. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently in a virtual environment and adhere to specified deadlines.

Applicants should have:

• Willingness to follow research methodology and supervisor feedback.

Prior research publication experience is not mandatory Selected candidates will undergo a four-week methodology learning/training program followed by a four-week research writing phase.
