University of Cambridge’s Connectomics Group, led by Greg Jefferis, seeks a Research Assistant to analyze the mosquito brain connectome. You will annotate EM data, proofread reconstructions, and help develop open-source tools for data processing while exploring neuron morphology and graph analyses.
Applicants should have a neurobiology background or strong quantitative training and show meticulous attention to visual detail.
