We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen As to work with our team at our Balmoral by Northcare Glasgow.

Job Description:

• Home baking Duties - Producing a variety of cakes, biscuits, and tray bakes daily (experience preferred)
• Stock rotation - Effectively rotating stock on receipt of deliveries to kitchen
• HACCP - Documenting daily records
• Cleaning - To carrying out kitchen porter duties operating the dishwasher, Cleaning hot trollies at lunch & Dinner and general kitchen cleanliness.
• Working a 2-week shift rotation with every second weekend off, working no more than 3 days in a row with 3 days off each week.
