• Ensuring your kiosk area is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked at all times
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the menu and any special offers to confidently assist customers
• Providing friendly, efficient service to customers throughout service periods
• Operating kiosk equipment safely and effectively, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
• Using the till system accurately, following correct cash-handling and transaction procedures
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kiosk, particularly during busy periods

Working Pattern: As and when required

• Previous experience in a kiosk, retail, or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to cleanliness, presentation, and detail
• Reliability, teamwork, and a professional approach
• Flexibility to work during matchdays and events
