About The Role

Position: Kitchen Porter - Bird & Signet, Glasgow Airport

Pay: £13.60 per hour (£12.40 base + £1.20 for midnight to 6 AM)

Hours of operation: 3 am to midnight. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. Step into the buzz of hospitality! • Have at least 5 years of references and a completed Criminal Record Check.
• Be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

• Support chefs with basic prep and waste management.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, including dishes, surfaces, and floors.
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
• Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not necessary – full training will be provided.
