We’re now looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team as Number 2 to the Head Chef

• Someone with a strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok
• Ideally a minimum of 1 year working a Sous chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant
• As a Sous chef you will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring our food is of the highest quality
