We are looking for a Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide friendly, efficient service, set up and maintain the breakfast area, and ensure every guest starts their day with a positive experience.

• Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome.
• Serve food and drinks.
• Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet to high standards.
• Provide information on menu items, allergens, and dietary options.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant at all times.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene policies.

• Previous hospitality, waiter/waitress, or food service experience preferred but not essential.
• Friendly, positive attitude with great customer service skills.
• Ability to work early mornings (6:30am start), weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and professional presentation.
