Barista – Full time – 35 hours per week

We’re proud makers of delicious food, organic coffee and big ideas across 750+ shops in 20+ countries.

Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll hand‑make and lovingly pour all our Barista‑prepared drinks (including iced varieties). Before pouring a single customer’s espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training, giving you the skills, pace and confidence to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

• Hourly rate is £13.86 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3‑5 am
• 28 days annual leave (pro‑rata if you’re part‑time)
