Kitchen Team Leader – Glasgow (Cambuslang/M74, Jct 2A) at Premier Inn Hotel.

Job Overview

Work 35 hours per week, earning up to £14.31 per hour. Lead the kitchen day‑to‑day, manage rotas, place food orders, and oversee audit readiness. Own food quality, hygiene, and team performance under the direction of the Hotel Manager.

What You’ll Do
  • Own food ordering, stock control, and cost management for the entire hotel.
  • Lead during service: organise the team, manage workflow, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to specification – from Premier Inn breakfasts to pub classics.
  • Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards, keeping the team trained and records updated.
  • Run shifts and support new team members as needed.
  • Learn kitchen management skills and prepare for future senior roles such as Head Chef.
