Rudy's Pizza Glasgow is hiring a Senior Pizzaiolo to manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen, work closely with the Head Pizzaiolo, and keep quality across every service.
This leadership role blends craft with people development, strong Neapolitan pizza knowledge, food safety and allergen controls, and the drive to progress to Head Pizzaiolo.
Salary is £15.35 per hour with tips and a bi-weekly bonus, in a full-time role.
