We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager, someone with serious front of house credibility, razor sharp standards, and the charisma to lead one of Glasgow’s most iconic venues from the floor. You’ll drive a restaurant that is fast, focused, beautifully theatrical, and built on service, style, and attitude, making sure every guest experience feels as iconic as the room around them.

For us, the restaurant is the heartbeat of the house: disciplined, guest-obsessed, commercially sharp, and relentless. The expectation is clear, you’ll lead service standards, team performance, bookings, guest recovery, floor presence, stock awareness, and daily controls, protecting the reputation of an established Glasgow venue while pushing it forward every day.

You are:

• A natural-born front-of-house leader, calm, confident, organised, and respected.
• Experienced in high-volume, high-energy restaurants, with a proven track record of driving service standards, guest satisfaction, strong sales, tight controls, and consistent team performance.
• Confident running the floor, building rotas, coaching teams, managing reservations, handling guest feedback, supporting stock and cost controls, and keeping service tight while the energy stays electric.

• Cool under pressure and sharp on the details.
• Obsessed with guest experience, you don’t just manage service, you create moments guests remember.
• Able to inspire, train, and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver world-class hospitality with edge.
• A lover of bold service, big standards, unforgettable guest experiences, and hospitality that bites back.
