Hospitality & Catering Head of Kitchen Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire Up to £13.77 ​/ hour

Based at Drakelow Park Flying High Academy, DE15 9UA
, you will be working 22.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:30pm, term time only.

• Manage the day to day running of the school kitchen
• This is a lone worker position
• Prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Order stock and manage budgets effectively
• Supervise and support kitchen staff
• Maintain accurate kitchen records and documentation
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food quality
• Support the delivery of an excellent dining experience for pupils and staff

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
