We are looking for an experienced, passionate and energetic General Manager to lead our Spanish restaurant in the heart of Glasgow.

This is an exciting opportunity for a natural hospitality leader who knows how to build an engaged, motivated team and create a restaurant culture where both employees and guests feel genuinely valued.

The successful candidate will have a real passion for quality food and drinks, exceptional service and all things Spanish. You will take full ownership of the restaurants day-to-day operation, ensuring consistently high standards while driving sales, developing the team and delivering strong commercial results.
