Search Hospitality is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join a high-end Glasgow city centre venue. This permanent, full-time role offers stability, a competitive starting salary of £35k, plus troncs payments and a range of benefits.
You will assist senior kitchen leadership, run sections during service, and rotate across areas to develop skills while maintaining food safety and quality. Rosette-level experience is preferred, SVQ2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.
