Come and be part of the team at Rangers FC! We have a number of openings for the Kiosk Assistant and would love to welcome you on board.

• Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
• Ensure thorough and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
• Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
• Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used

Working Pattern: As and when required for matchdays and events

Salary: Paid hourly, in line with National Minimum Wage

• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of customers
• A team-focused approach, with a willingness to support colleagues when needed
• Reliability and a flexible attitude towards shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Attention to detail when handling food, drinks, and payments
• Previous experience in hospitality or retail is helpful, but not essential – we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
