Bartlett Mitchell - GCumbernauld is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team for night shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (19:00–03:30, 24 hours/week). You will craft high‑quality dishes, plan well‑costed menus and manage stock with strong team leadership.
A strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach is essential to drive satisfaction and continuous learning. Two years’ experience in a similar operation and C&G 1/2 NVQ or equivalent are required.
