The Address Glasgow is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee preparation, production and service of food to the highest standard in harmony with HACCP regulations. Based out of NORTH in The Address Glasgow, you will drive exceptional customer service through SOPs and strong kitchen leadership.
You will manage the food offerings, conduct quarterly menu reviews, maintain food costs and stock, hire staff, and implement sustainability and supplier standards across the group.
