Oakminster Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Chef to manage daily kitchen operations and lead the catering team. You will plan menus with the Head Chef and Home Manager while ensuring nutritious, well-presented meals for residents and adherence to dietary requirements.
You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and cost efficiency, with the ability to adapt menus for medical, ethnic, and religious needs. The role is based in our care home in Scotland.
