Hydes Brewery is recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to join our premium dining pub in Heswall. You will be second in command, delivering high-quality food with seasonal menus and daily specials, while supporting the head chef to mentor the brigade.
The role requires previous experience in a fresh food environment and a focus on training and development within a friendly, professional team. You will help maintain a 5-star health and safety rating and drive GP, stock, and labour cost targets.
