We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team.

Someone who is a true craftsperson, passionate about creating things in the best way, to the very best they can be. You’ll have busy kitchen experience, but a calm spirit

• Someone who uses their hands, mind and heart together. You stay precise, even when it’s busy.
• Upbeat and enjoyable to work with, whatever the kitchen is like.
• Able to handle change well and always keep your standards high.
• Someone who works happily with others, bringing a big smile and a humble attitude.
• Eager to learn about our Danish and Japanese roots.

• You’ll make different types of outstanding sushi; maki, sashimi, nigiri and more.
• You’ll use your skills and care to serve excellent food for every guest.
• Your food will bring joy to guests, encouraging them to return and become friends.
• You’ll be part of a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

• You’ve worked in a busy kitchen before and are skilled with knives and making sushi.
• You speak English confidently.
• You enjoy learning more about sushi, respecting its traditions while bringing your own creativity.
• You’re a team player who’s kind and respectful—no swearing at others here.
• You think as part of a team, not just as an individual.
• You want to have fun and work well with your teammates—togetherness matters.
