Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled culinary professional to join our team at Chop Grill & Bar. In this position, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, bringing creativity and expertise to our menu while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in accordance with our menu.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Oversee and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
